Is Moto G4 a bulky phone

Moto G 4th Gen grows to 5.5 inches, Moto G Plus with 16 MP cam planned

It is certainly no secret that the US smartphone manufacturer Motorola, which is now part of Lenovo, is working on new devices. The extremely successful Moto G series is also being refreshed and, as we can now prove, a new Moto G Plus is also planned in addition to the Moto G 4th Gen. We came across initial indications of the equipment of the two new models from the Moto G series at several European dealers. So there will not only be a "normal" Moto G, but also a Moto G Plus, which should come up with slightly better equipment. What both models have in common, however, is that they will be equipped with a 5.5-inch display. European dealers: Moto G 4th Gen & Moto G Plus with 5.5 inch display This means that the Moto G series will continue to grow in size after the first generation with a 4.5 and the following models with 5.0 or 5.2-inch displays hit the market. In terms of equipment, at least the Moto G Plus is also improving, because while the normal Moto G 4th generation will come with a 13-megapixel camera, the Plus model even has a 16-megapixel sensor.

Both variants will also be equipped with 16 GB of internal flash memory, although it remains to be seen whether there will be 8 GB models again. In addition, we also know that in Europe both models will initially appear in versions with black or white housing. According to our dealer sources, the Moto G 4th Gen will start at a price of 240-250 euros, while the premium model Moto G Plus has turned up for 280 or just under 300 euros. This picture is supposed to show the fingerprint reader on the front of the Moto G Plus. We do not have any information about the further features, but Ober-Leaker Evan Blass, better known by his Twitter name @evleaks, published a picture yesterday that allegedly shows the lower one The end of the front of what he called the "Moto G4 Plus" should be visible - including a fingerprint reader in a square home button. A few days ago, a photo appeared that allegedly showed a Motorola prototype, which is also said to have a square fingerprint reader on the front.

As for the credibility of the information about the Moto G 4th Gen and the new Moto G Plus, we assume that the dealer data is entirely reliable. The providers also name specific SKU numbers for the new smartphone models, so the data should come from a distributor and thus directly from Lenovo or Motorola. As the availability date, the dealers give a date in early May. Motorola Moto G 3rd Gen, Motorola Moto G 3rd Generation, Motorola Moto G 3rd Generation, Moto G3
